you know, I've spent so much of my life just trying not to watch anime just because I was trying to follow the trends throughout the years of watching studio Ghibli and then Shinkai, these films are now watching a silent voice. Yeah, I think I'm starting to get it. Hello this Mhm. Mhm. Mhm. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. This was a beautiful movie, both visually and thematically assignment boy swallowed the deaf girl named Shoko that joins the new classroom where she is harassed and bullied by her fellow classmates, particularly a boy named Sharjah. Shoko is taken out of school and Sharia spends years of his life feeling guilty for his actions and isolates himself from the others. The two enemies again, which leads us to a moving and heavy, emotional coming of age film, a film that shows the consequences of bullying and the effects of guilt as well as the importance of forgiveness and friendship. And there's a cute love story in their tie, all this in a nice little bo that's really just a summary of a sudden voice and this is really a film. I say it's a lot, but you fear I only, I've only reviewed movies on the channel for the most part that I truly enjoy a lot. Um, there's no denying this, but middle school kids suck. I really don't think there's much of a debate there. It's an age where you think you can do whatever and be whatever, which is both good and bad thing. But it's also an age where consequences, especially long term, don't really come into the mind of a child. Kids form groups and they try to fit in and when one doesn't fit in, that child more than likely guns a victim of bullying a sudden voice does a fantastic job showing this behavior and in my opinion, hospitals a fantastic job at explaining the behavior as well as the feelings of teenager may have when carrying the weight of guilt, anxiety, loneliness among other negative feelings. In regards to character, Shoko is innocent, kind and even with your disability can't help but smile. She tries her best and she's endearing all the traits that connected the audiences and make us route for. That's why she is truly the heart of this film. Show you. On the other hand side talk is irritating, immature and well, to be honest, a little ****. Uh, but as a kid at his age, it's to be expected not all kids at the age or little shits, but let's be honest, most of them are you not supposed to like show you have to be in the movie, But as it continues with certain revelations and the power of a time skip, Sure it changes and he does become an extremely relatable character. Its character development done excellently. The rest of the psychic is a pretty good too for the most part, what something I got lapped is some might feel anger and some are just label and connect more. They give you a good feeling so I carried to the pretty good besides the one I felt like you really didn't need to be there. I feel like he didn't really contribute to the film at all. But for the most part the character you invoke some sort of emotion anatomy and that's definitely a pro. The animation is gorgeous. Um I've talked about Studio Ghibli on Tiana multiple times. I grew up with Studio Ghibli that being really the only animated watch unless you can say like Pokemon, you go on like four kids and whatever. As well as Makoto Shinkai is films your name whether or not you, I did review for both of those movies. I love both of them, all those films have beautiful animation is also one of the reasons I like to watch animate. Now, I'm not super big anime and trying to dive more into it. But the animation uh, truly is spectacular. Simon voice continues that trend, colors are vivid and they pop, The animation is extremely fluid. It's a different art style than a Shinkai film or like Ghibli is work and much more reminds me of Wolf Children, which I'll be doing a review of that movie soon and I love it. It's, I absolutely love it. Quick shout out to the soundtrack as well. I'm a sucker for the piano. I'll always get shows here in a slow piano store, even just a few little notes here and there. I played a piano for five years or something that I enjoy hearing a score and a movie that has a piano and this one has plenty of that. The soundtrack is perfectly in line with the theme and the mood of the film and that track that plays at the big revelation at the end of the film. No spoilers here, but fantastic scene and revelation. Amazing, absolutely phenomenal assigned. The voice is nothing short of excellence. Even the heartless basket that is myself, felt touched and moved throughout the film. There's not much more I can say without reentering how much I enjoyed and recommend this film. So I'll leave you with this. Everyone has struggles they go through. Don't be a bully about it. You don't have to be alone and you weren't alone. Let others in to help you out. And hey, sometimes words aren't enough that your actions speak themselves. Let them be your silent voice. Thank you so much for watching this review.
