We invest in improving access to convenient health care for our employees, particularly in communities where there was a need for expanded access so they can proactively manage their health and well being in partnership with crossover health. Over the past year, we've opened 17 neighborhood health centers for employees and their families. Neighborhood health centers are comprehensive primary health care centres for associates in their dependence with virtual care solutions embedded that are strategically located within 10 miles from where associates live and work. Neighborhood health centers are not open to the public, are tailored to amazon work hours and offer primary care, behavioral care, same day care for adults and Children, physical therapy, chiropractic health coaching and more. In 2019 we opened three on site health centers operated by Concentra. An on site health center is a health services facility located within a work site where clinicians deliver a range of health care services directly to Associates. Each center offers occupational health care, urgent care and an array of primary care services such as immunizations, allergy injections, lifestyle and wellness counseling and preventive screenings. In 2020 we launched Eat Well and Amazon Eat Well provides employees with educational resources about making healthy lifestyle choices. Amazon provides employees with quiet spaces to practice meditation and mindfulness. We aim to expand amazon to enhance employee health and wellness at work and at home.
