I recently came across Psalm 91. It seemed very dark to me and I thought it ideal for the character of a Dark Monk. I did the voice over in 99% acoustically treated studio and edited with Audacity.
Used Rode NT1 condenser microphone, Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 4th Gen Audio interface.
