Heike Bachmann

As a voice-over talent it goes without saying that Heike is as good as it gets. But her professional contribution far exceeds capability. Producing a foreign language program is especially challenging when we don’t speak the language. We rely heavily on the talent to assist with the script, pronunciation, etc. Suffice to say, when you’re recording German you want Heike: utterly professional and always the first to help, to make my job that much easier. Heike regularly volunteers to assist far beyond the call. In the ten years I’ve known Heike I have only experienced cooperation, warmth, genuine concern not only for the program we’re working on but for her peers as well. Heike is a true professional, and a rare talent. We depend on actors who are able to read our scripts with energy and enthusiasm, and we couldn't ask for anyone better than Heike. Whenever I see Heike’s name on my daily talent schedule, I know that I’m in for a real treat. She is so positive, so upbeat and so professional. She can read life into the most boring script. And on the rare occasion that she doesn’t nail the line the first time, she’ll keep reading until it’s perfect. By far, she is one of my favorite talents to record.
