Description

This is an original script I wrote and recorded to play between songs that my band was performing live. The theme of the show was a strange mix between sports and punk rock. So I narrated imaginary introductions for each band and band member. I play both characters and edited the background SFX.

Beautiful day for a game out there today. The fans seem restless. I can see a lot less hot dogs and nachos out there. An air of tension seems to cover the whole stadium today. I think we're all vibrating with anticipation at seeing the conclusion of this long held and tenacious rivalry is five and one wins and losses. They're going to be the toughest to beat, but that doesn't mean it's going to be without a fight are four and two. This season, they came against some teams we didn't expect them to beat, but they've been surprising us since day one. I think they'll be a strong competitor for Badu Erica. In our final contestants, migraine pilots, the underdogs, the bottom fielders, the scourge of the earth. They're zero and six and clinging by their teeth. They've got some unlikable characters on the team. Usurper who don't respect the national anthem or public decency or the concept of wearing clothes in public. Pippy Johnny is coming back from a terrible injury. His nose was reversed. That's right, reversed and he had a concave breed hole like a Jack of Lantern for half the season. Now he's back and looking relatively healthy. That's right, Bob. We'll see if it makes a difference on the field tonight. Kenji Jones was suspended for pinging a referee during the half time making his name as the ultimate bad boy of sports, but also leaving them one goalie short, which in this sport is one too many. They've been known to injure players double their size and force even the most aggressive teams to adopt predominantly defensive tactics. No one expects them to win. But I know I for one am looking forward to some blood on the grass this evening. A game that's not funny. And.
