Hello. Hello and welcome to the Sultan Light podcast. You are listening to another episode, and today is I'm just gonna try to lift the faith of my father. Um, and it's a little story, and I hope it encourages you. Yeah. How so? I lost a friend last week, and her death really shook me. We were friends through being members of the same church. You know, one of those people, you don't talk too often, but when you do, you leave refreshed. You get to be authentic because they, in turn, are so real. And I found myself grieving over this young soul. An age mate, actually, and death once again felt so close to home. The funny thing is, it's not the first time that I have grieved. I have lost both parents. I lost both my parents. And you know, this sounds a bit twisted, but I feel like every time I come across grief each time, um, each time a rather each encounter, it's like I gained more understanding about God's love. And I gain more strength to keep moving forward in faith. Yeah, the death of a loved one of a dream of a relationship leaves you powerless. You feel like if you could if you could, you would catch that last breath in your hand and hold on to it So tight. Should it be the end though? Isn't there hope after death? There surely is. You may think you have lost everything. A loved one yourself, your dreams, a special relationship. As I said, a marriage. But I want you to know that so long as there is a god in heaven who won over death by being raised to life because through him we have eternal life. Therefore, even after death, if we believe in him and tap into that power because that power is nothing. If we don't tap into it and look out for his love and again it has to be delivered. It don't look within yourself because there's nothing you can do about the death. But there is something you can do about receiving love, the love of God. Even in dark times we will be brought closer to his purpose. When we do this to his purpose for us and we will see our different pains come to an end. Believe it. God is love. Thank you so much for listening. Today's was just a short one. I just wanted to share from my heart and encourage anyone who is listening. Who's going through, you know, loss of any kind. Remember, Jesus loves you.
