I am Saraya. I am a wife of the Prophet Lehigh. Little is known about me before my family's journeys into the wilderness, but I am a witness of God in his goodness. This is my testimony. When we lived in Jerusalem, God spoke to my husband in division, commanding our family to leave Jerusalem and go into the wilderness. So we left her home, our land, all of our money and possessions, and traveled into the wilderness. After we had been in the wilderness for a short time. The Lord commanded that my sons should return to Jerusalem to get the plates containing a record of the Jews in the genealogy of our fathers. Two of my sons, Lehman and Liminal, complained that the command was a hard thing required of them. But one son, me fi, said that he would go and do the things the Lord commanded. Believing that the Lord would not give a commandment without repairing a way to fulfill it. I warned my sons returning to Jerusalem, fearing that they would perish in the wilderness. And after our sons had been gone for many days, I complained against Lehigh, calling him a visionary man saying that he had let us forth from the land of our inheritance and that our sons were no more. But Lehi comforted me, admitting that he was a visionary man and that if he had not seen the things of God in a vision, he would not have known the goodness of God but had tarried in Jerusalem perishing with our brethren. And then Lee Hae testified that he knew the Lord would deliver our sons out of the hands of Leben and bring them down again in tow, us in the wilderness. After a time, our sons did return to us. My joy was full and I was comforted. And I knew of a surety that the Lord had commanded my husband to flee into the wilderness. Yea, and I also knew of a surety that the Lord had protected my sons and delivered them out of the hands of Leben whereby they could accomplish the thing which the Lord had commanded them. And though our journey in the wilderness was challenging, I knew that the Lord has commanded us to flee into the wilderness. And I knew that inasmuch as we kept the Lord's commandments, he would protect and deliver us and we would prosper in the land. I am Saraya. I am a daughter of God. I am a witness of God's goodness and love. And this is my testimony. Amen.
