Christian life together is a wonderful concept, and if walked through intentionally greatly impacts everyone involved. We need discipleship, relationships with multiple people who pour into each other with their strengths and glean from each other in their weaknesses. This is an unending journey. If you're already pouring into a person, set the stage for others to also pour into that person while at the same time encouraging that person to pour back into you. This is the true family growth process. Everyone is learning and everyone is pouring. You will all become more like Christ in gaining each other's strengths and learning in each other's weaknesses. If you are currently being poured into, celebrate the strength of your teachers and also recognize that you are strong in areas that others are weak, the family needs you as much as you need them. As we all learn together, we all have a greater shot at being more like Jesus in every area.
