This is the second in our series of videos on the Global Intelligence platform. Let's take a closer look at one of the modules in the G I platform. The dashboard, the dashboard is the first thing you see when you log into the platform, it highlights details from your company profile and also provides quick access to the other modules in the platform via tabs at the top of the page in the implementation stage. When we first set up the G I platform for your company, we'll work with you to build your company profile. This includes information such as countries where your company is listed, where your company offers equity employee numbers by jurisdiction, equity compensation plans. Your company currently offers or plans to offer where your company has made filings or completed registrations. The dashboard summarizes and organizes all this information in tiles, the listings, tile shows whether your company is public or private and if it's public where it is listed for private companies. This tile could also show upcoming IP O events, the country and employees, tile displays which countries your company has subscribed to and the number of participants which are labeled offers in each jurisdiction. You can add countries and update the number of participants at any time. When you add a country, you instantly get all the legal and tax information for it. We can also remove a country from your company's subscription list at your request to adjust your participant numbers. Click the edit employee numbers button. In some countries filing requirements, depend on employee numbers. So it's important to keep these numbers up to date. Jurisdiction where this applies have an asterisk beside their names in the country's list in the plans. Tile, you'll see which equity compensation plan or award types. Your company is currently offering, this determines what information you see on the platform and we can update it for you at any time. We can also add plan types you're considering for the future. If you want to do a feasibility review, there's no additional cost to add a plan. The title for recharge also called charge back shows your company's position on recharge and whether there are any exceptions to this default policy. Learn more about recharge in our video titled Tax Info. Your company in the compliance registration tile. You'll find information on all the regulatory filings your company has completed to date. The platform uses this information to accurately reflect filing requirements that may be outstanding. Finally, the latest news and country updating tiles contain related information. Latest news will display any recent changes in legal or tax requirements for the countries. You're subscribed to these changes are reported by the lawyers in our global network and are also included in our monthly newsletter. The country updating tile shows the most recent date when the information on a particular country was updated by the local lawyer, we aim to carry out reviews every six months. So there you have it. The dashboard provides one place where you can quickly find key information provided to us during the implementation phase.
