I want you to breathe deeply in through the nose as deep as you can and then out through the mouth. Now if you heard any sounds inside the room outside the room such as dogs sparking traffic going by. Tell yourself that's a normal natural sound in your environment and that sound will help you to relax even more. So let's begin. I'd like you to begin by looking somewhere at the wall or the ceiling and find a spot. Something to stare at and began to stare at that spot without moving a muscle breathing in through the nose. Take a nice long slow deep breath really fill up your lungs and then exhale through the mouth and just let your body relax. Just let go. That's the way when you're ready in your own time. Take another even deeper breath and really fill up your lungs and then exhale slowly and relax. That's it and when you're ready in your own time, take another even deeper breath. And I want you to hold this breath for the count of seven. The mental count of seven. When you exhale this time, let your eyelids slowly close down and let your body relax and then continue to breathe gently and naturally and regularly as you listen to my voice, as you listen to my voice, you're becoming very, very relaxed and all those stresses of the day are floating away and for the moment there's no worry, there's no stress right now. There's nothing you have to do, no place you have to go. Nobody wants anything from you, nobody needs anything. So just continue relaxing, breathing gently and go deeper and it's all right for you to relax today. You deserve to relax and I want you to focus all of your attention on your hands. Let your hands relax completely. Let those hands feel as though they're made of stone like the hands of a statue with those hands completely relaxed and then focus your attention on your shoulders.
