Hello, my name is Kylie and this is how to make a waffle cone. I've worked at Polk City Ice Cream Company for about a month now and I've loved every second of it enough about me. Let's get into the waffle cone. Making your first step should be to put on gloves to prevent the spread of germs that might get in the food. Next turn on the extension cord and preheat the waffle maker to about 315 to 320 degrees. While you wait. If there isn't any leftover batter for the waffle cones, use the box directions which are stir in about six cups of water with the whole box with the perfect consistency. You should be able to make a figure eight. Luckily there was premade batter the night before. So you wouldn't have to worry about it. So the person after you, once you use up all the batter would make more with the previous instructions given. After properly preparing the mix, you take a scoop full of batter into your 1/4 cup ladle and pour the contents onto the bottom half of the waffle maker, then tap off the extra. If you'd like, then you evenly press down the top half and wait a few seconds, then set a timer for about one minute and 55 seconds. Or until the waffle cone is beautifully golden brown on one side. While you wait, you can enjoy a complimentary scoop of ice cream and enjoy the view of the snow man door I created behind me. After you hear the ding of the waffle maker signaling it's done. You take your tongues and flip the golden brown waffle over to see if it is the same. I like to adjust it to the heavier side to make sure the uncooked area gets done. In this case, it is a need for more cooking, press it down for another 20 seconds or until you think it is done before you twist the cone into shape, you need to spray down the platform, the waffle cone lays on and the waffle cone forming tool to ensure the waffle doesn't stick and then inevitably break. Once you have finished with spraying down the cone maker, you need to lay the waffle cone overlapping the back lip of the Waffle cone platform. This will ultimately prevent a hole at the bottom. You then need to twist counter clockwise in order to get the cone to form. This is what it should look like. This is the end result that will keep your customers coming back for more. I hope you enjoyed this video. Bye.
