As we begin find a comfortable position to settle into for the next few minutes begin to invite some stillness into the body. Taking these next few minutes to be here. Everything else can wait. Take a slow deep inhale through your nose and exhale, slowly, feeling your shoulders relax and again breathing in, noticing how the breath travels and exhaling out, Finding more places to soften one more slow, deep breath in and long, slow breath out, feeling more relaxed in the body. Now allow the breath to assume a natural rhythm, noticing the sensations of the breath moving in and any sensations of the breath moving out. If your mind begins to wander, notice that it wandered and simply return your focus to the breath. That is the practice.
