This is our e learning course on our code of conduct. Yes, we know. It doesn't sound like the most entertaining way to spend your day, which is partly why we developed this digital training. This is interactive from start to finish your complete a series of short games, watch several videos, quizzes or designed to take you through this hugely important area of our business. As one of our new graduate management trainees were committed to your development and progression. Central to that progression is a complete grasp of this code of conduct. At the end of this course, you will be invited to download our own training app, which you will be able to refer to at any time. Obviously, it will have additional specialist advice, updates and real time experiences from others just like yourself. At the end of this course, you will understand how to make ethical decisions in challenging circumstances, how our use of social media can have a positive but also negative impact on our culture and reputation. You will know how you can make a contribution to future revisions of the code. The online world changes every few months, as we all know you may well have the perfect idea on how we can all benefit from new technologies and platforms as they happen. So let's begin module one scenario based examples. You're about to take part in four interactive videos. You'll watch three management trainees just like yourself. Faced with some ethical and cultural dilemmas at various stages, you'll be able to choose what happens next. You won't know if you've made the right choices until you completed the video.
