Nigel was a true professional. We had him record a long script for video. He not only did his narrator sections, but also did the remaining sections so we could see how it flowed. Once done, there was a long delay in getting him feedback and he hung in there with us. A couple months later he recorded the necessary updates. Big props to him for that!
