I'm Ron Clements and this stars and bites the N B. A trade deadline is coming on, and a few stars thought to be on the trading block stayed put. Paul George is still with the Indiana Pacers, Jimmy Butler remains in Chicago and Carmelo Anthony is still a member of the New York Knicks. Week leading up to Thursday's deadline was stressful for George, who referred to the uncertainty as a dark moment. Anyone who has ever been in an office that is dealing with layoffs or relocations can definitely relate. The NFL in Pro Football Hall of Fame announced Thursday that the Arizona Cardinals in Dallas Cowboys will play in the 2017 Hall of Fame game in Canton, Ohio, on August 3rd. Cardinals receiver Larry Fitzgerald is not a fan, and who could blame him? Former Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner is going into the hall, Sure, but Warners Hall of Fame resume is built on the Super Bowl title he won with the ST Louis Rams in 1999. Warner and former Chargers running back LaDainian Tomlinson are the two marquee players in this year's Hall of Fame class. But instead of choosing the Rams and Chargers, who have relocated to Los Angeles in the last 14 months, the NFL made the safe and cowardly choice with the Cardinals.
