Michael started out by having a voice that stood out among 300 applicants as being unique and exactly what we were looking for. We offered an audition that allowed some improv, and he captured the idea we were looking for and ran with it.



After awarding him the project, he was especially prompt and professional. And he applied the same idea to a range of passages without needing any word-by-word direction.
