One of the biggest moments in human evolution is when we started using tools. Well, guess what monkeys are reaching that same stage. It started 3000 years ago when capuchin monkeys began using tools to crack shelves. Walking through the French quarter in New Orleans is like being transported to a different time. Many of the buildings date back to the 1700s with narrow streets lined with wrought iron balconies, but just because it's old doesn't mean it's boring from Bourbon Street to Decatur's the party in the quarter never stops.
