Dedicated on October 28th, 18 86. The statue of Liberty is a copper statue depicting a woman holding both a torch and a tabula and satta inscribed with the date of the US Declaration of Independence. But who is she a figure of Liberta. A statue depicts a Roman goddess of liberty and freedom. She was gifted to the US by the people of France and was designed by sculptor Frederick August Bartholdi, once a proud central structure overlooking the Phillips head Town square. Recent decades has not been kind to the town hall. The building was constructed in 18 93 6 years after Phillips Head was founded and served as a center for local government to convene up until 2019. The dilapidated hall was swapped out of favor of more modern accommodation. Fortunately, the denizens of this town worked together to fund a complete renovation of the town hall and help bring it to the modern era. The $670,000 renovations will fund the reinforcement of the walls and roof as well as a complete rework of the interior. Once the project is complete in 2026 the Phillips head town hall will become a community center, a shining beacon of how this community came together to repair it.
