Why am I seeing an Unable to Access error?

Unable to Access?
If you have encountered a screen reading, "Unable to Access" while logged into an Administrator or Manager account, then you have attempted to access an area outside of the permissions of your Role.

While this should not happen when navigating normally within your sub-account it can appear if you have clicked on a shared link or URL or clicked on a bookmark referencing a section that is outside of the permissions of your Role.

If you have both a primary account and a sub-account, click Profile > Edit Contact Info to see which account you are logged into. If you are in the wrong account you will need to log out and try reaching the page again.
