Hello, everybody. I'm a and welcome to Intentions with A. I got one of the biggest shocks of my life when I started thinking about my life, seriously, then I realized it's directionless. Like I spent the whole day introspecting myself. And it is a disappointment for me. One by one. Everything is opening like a hidden bridger. Uh People think they know everything but that's not true. And sometimes it's really hard to digest your faults and hear self reflection or self awareness plays a vital role in your life. And uh what I found is that I know nothing about myself, like my strengths, weaknesses and my wake up time, my exact daily sleeping hours, no proper diet and no exercise. I know most of you are thinking that why is that things are important in your life? Because most of the people think this life is nothing but a remote lifestyle, but that's not true. This is where discipline plays a vital role in every aspect of your life, whether it's achieving your dreams or goals before going to discipline in your life. Uh You have to ask the questions yourself. Like why do I want to wake up early in the morning. Uh, why do I want to eat healthy food? Uh, why do I want to get better sleep? Why do I want to hit the gym? You know what you could achieve, uh, all those things. But one question you have to ask yourself is why. And, uh, this isn't an all night success. You have to build those habits one by one and you will see the results. Let me tell you about my experience when I decided to wake up early in the morning. Uh, my sleeping time was around 12 PM and I want to wake up at five AM early in the morning and it's almost five hours difference, right? But I fail to wake up every morning and I lost almost 15 days for doing this. And what I found was interesting and disappointing as well. Uh My wife is not clear at that time and then second one is, I don't know about my body that I need at least uh six hours of sleep no matter what is my sleeping time. Third one is I set uh 3 to 4 alarms to wake up early in the morning. And that's the biggest mistake. Uh Fourth one is uh keep your uh mobile phone away from your pair. And fifth one is uh the most important thing I like is consistency and this is the game changer for me. I know uh when it comes to self improvement. Uh, don't be ******* yourself, like, uh, give yourself time to improve your habits one by one, but you should be consistent when it comes to your daily habit. Uh, let me tell you how you can achieve those things by following only basic points. First one is clear. Your wife. 1st, 2nd 1 is consistency. Uh, because, uh, your habits decide your future after all. Third one is a transition. Uh, don't resist change in your life. Fourth one is a devotion. Devote 100% of yourself to your growth and towards your goal. So basically, what I've had to say is discipline or habits increase your chance of, of being successful person in all aspects of your life. I know it takes time to improve those things but give yourself time because basics are best and uh you are one step closer to achieving your goal. So why not start improving today itself?
