Hello, everybody. I'm a and welcome to Intentions with a, a breakfast is important. First thing when you wake up, most people have a question, what should I eat for my breakfast? But uh scenarios are different for everyone here. Like most people who live in a different city from their hometown. Also, most of my friends face difficulties when it comes to their breakfast. Ok. Uh When you're away from your home, it's difficult to eat breakfast every day because there are a lot of factors such as uh times uh when you wake up, you have to do your old stuff when you are at an early stage in a new city. And nowadays, uh rents are also high. So you have to manage your finances properly. I observe my friends and colleagues. Uh what I found that uh breakfast is missing in their routine. So most people say breakfast is not important for them because they don't think it's important and some say it's not important because uh they want to save money. So let's come to the main topic here. Uh from my experience when I started breakfast, I think, or you can say a breakfast routine. I ask myself first, uh, whether I need quality breakfast or quantity breakfast or why do I need breakfast? Second one is if you are doing basic exercise, like home exercise or gym, whatever the workout, you should add a hot meal. Uh, the third one is ask yourself if you are interested in investing your money in a quality breakfast, if you, then you will start your breakfast. See, the point is here is I'm trying to say it depends on your activity, whether it's exercise and even if you're not doing an exercise, but your body needs some kind of energy when you wake up. Because uh after your empty stomach, you need some energy till your lunch time. Depends on your daily routine. If you want to start your breakfast journey or routine, I would love to suggest starting a, a quality attitude breakfast. And when I started, I don't want to spend money, but my personal preference is I need quality stuff. So I started with one banana at the morning and one as an evening snack because banana has quality benefits that you need when you start your breakfast journey. The reason why I said to eat a banana because when you start, you have to build this habit consistent. Ok. Uh When you upgrade your breakfast, that you don't find it difficult because you already maintain your habit consistently. Ok? So that's why I always say basics are best. So thanks for listening.
