Hello, everybody. I'm a and welcome to Intentions with a uh our today's topic is uh how to refresh or detox your mind with basic techniques. The first step is to have a car mine. Uh Basically, when you heard those words, like anxiety, depression, negativity and all uh it's not easy when it comes to calm your mind. Uh But you have to practice by doing some activities like which includes uh singing, dancing, gardening and meditation. I know most of you try and fail at meditation and think uh this is just a myth or you can say a waste of time. But when I started, I also feel I'm not the type of person who does this meditation thing. One thing I learned, I'm so obsessed about doing it. But later I realized I had to take it easy. So I started meditation just for trying purpose, not for finding or awakening kind of thing. But later on when I become consistent, then I find some answers that I was looking for. OK. So don't be so ******* yourself. Go with the flow. Just start at least I already experience hard times failures and all sometimes uh, when you don't have support from anyone, uh, it feels like giving up on everything and running away from the things that, uh, are working as per your goals or plans. Uh, but one thing I realize there is something that you like a power that protects you and guides you. So have a faith in yourself. I know the feeling when everything falls and nobody is there for you. But one thing you have to keep telling yourself that uh situation uh will change, ok? And uh when you go before bed, you have to tell yourself some positive affirmations. So uh it will work for you ahead of time, ok? Uh And also it will take time to balance your mind and heart. But when it's done are your belief system reached that level where you don't need a mental detox again. So have a faith in yourself.
