Hello, everybody. I'm a and welcome to Intentions with a Why? Sleeping is the most underrated, healthy habit. So, uh that's the question I ask myself when I was not concentrating on my uh sleeping habits. Uh Guys, uh One thing I want to say here is in episode one, I said, uh it's at 12 pm. So sorry about that. Uh It's actually 12 am midnight. So guys, if you remember that, I have talked about uh my sleeping patterns in my podcast episode one. So that's my biggest regret in my life. Uh Let me tell you why. This was one of my biggest regrets. I know. Uh you're saying that, uh like I'm a CEO, I'm a founder and all I don't have a fixed time job. I work full time as well as part time. So I don't have enough time for my sleep. So, ok, I understand that. But uh what about your sleep then? Have you ever thought about your sleep? I know money is important, but at what cost am I right? I know there is a lot of debate about sleeping habits. Some research is uh, six hours is enough. Uh Some research says 7 to 8 hours is enough, but only uh you and only, you know that you are sleeping patterns. Right? Again, if you're saying that my work is not moor like 9 to 5 job. So how can I find or solve my sleeping pattern problems? So let me come to the main topic here. Uh I know it's not that easy to find your sleeping pattern. And there is no exact formula to solve this problem from my point of view. But uh basically what I'm trying to say here is uh self awareness is the basic thing you have to understand. 1st, 2nd 1 is, uh, don't be so ******* yourself, like give yourself time to improve your habits. And one thing I found about sleep is that sleep is a necessity, not a luxury. So, uh uh that's the basic thing you have to understand.
