Hello, everybody. I'm a and welcome to Intentions with a cool start somewhere. That's what I said to myself when I started my fitness journey, when I started my fitness journey, I don't have money to join any gym. So I asked myself if there were any basic exercises or should I try? And then I started my research about how basic exercises helped me to achieve my fitness goal. I know you are thinking about how basic exercises help me to achieve my fitness goal. See, when you start, you can go to the gym and lift heavy weights. Right. You have to build some basic fitness level to achieve your fitness goal. Right. I just want to be clear here. I'm not talking about body building at all. Uh, this episode is for the people who want to exercise just for basic fitness, like 30 minutes or whatever your plan. Also, honestly, this episode is only for the people who can't afford a gym membership, who doesn't have much time for exercise, who just started their fitness journey. Let's come to the main topic here at the start. I don't have any clue what should I try first. Because you don't know which exercise you should try. Right. So when I started, my main focus was to build a core and backs strength after studying lots of videos and articles. But at first it was not easy for me to do all the exercises. So I started doing push ups and pull ups and slowly I understand how building our building work and how to build muscles and it's not rocket science after all. Right. Here, when you plan your exercise, not exercise, but your career finance, as well as I follow this rule smart, let me explain to you smart. Basically, it stands for s stands for specific, you have to be clear and specific about your goal. M stands for measurable. Your goal should be measurable, such as I want to do 10 push ups daily. So this is measurable, right? A stands for achievable. Your goal should be achievable means you have to ask yourself that. Can you able to do 10 push ups? Right? Are transfer relevant? Uh, your goal should be relevant means, uh, does this exercise relevant to my fitness goal? Uh, where t stands for time ball, your goal should be time ball means you have to ask yourself like how many months or years you will need to achieve your fitness goal, right? Then plan the exercise program when you get all the answers that in it. Ok. And let me tell, let me tell you, uh, my exercise program when I started my fitness journey, uh, 10 push ups and pull ups daily for 15 days. But, uh, then I realized I have to increase. So for the next 15 days, I increase the reputations to 15. That's it when you start. Uh, don't think about the costly and fancy gym and diet also. I know diet matters most but you have to start somewhere. So, uh, start with what you have instead of what you don't. Ok. So thanks for listening to my podcast. Keep listening and sharing my intentions with other people because good intentions are always good. Right? Love you guys and take care.
