Hello, everybody. I'm a and welcome to inventions with a. I know most of you watch the video that people started taking a cold shower or ice baths. But before you start or try to dip down into this topic, I just want to let you know uh some facts about that. OK. So let's get started. But first, I want to tell you that I'm not going to explain the deep down scientific benefits. I'm just going to explain what I experienced from this cold shower therapy or you can process. Ok. So, so let's dive into this topic when I started taking cold showers on first. Uh It was a **** of an experience taking a cold shower and taking 2 to 3 days after I feel sick first and uncomfortable as well and my whole body feel like freezing some amazing facts that I have experienced. I will share with you. First one is uh it improves your mood and mental health. Second, it reduces depression and stress. Third, uh it reduces inflammation in your body. Fourth one, it, it also improves immunity. Fifth one, it improves mental toughness. And the last one is sixth one. It increases your tolerance for being uncomfortable. But when you start, I will suggest you take mixed water technique like just take uh 5 to 10 seconds of the cold shower first and uh then take five seconds of the warm or a hot shower. It's like a combination. So you will not get sick when you just started and uh make it at least 4 to 5 rounds. At first.
