My name is thomas. Why would someone have a desire to stop time? I have always believed that there is no past or future in my entire life. Maybe life itself was small enough to fit into a time window and so extraordinary. During the years of my newspaper training, I was taught that a reporter should always be objective. I found it difficult times. How can one be objective in describing the gorgeous panorama of a desert sunset? The tranquility of an evening beside a remote desert campfire, the song of a canyon wren, the majesty of stately wild palms beside a cool spring in an arid land or the lift of an evening of meditation in a desert wilderness. These are subjective experiences. They spark an emotional response. No reporter can rationalize. I could not write it any other way for the charm of the desert is largely a matter of personal response, after all, what each of us sees in the desert as a reflection of something within ourselves, From penguins to sea otters to beluga whales. The animals of cold water quest, invite us to explore the cooler waters of our planet. Welcome to one of Georgia aquarium's coldest habitats home to deep sea dwellers such as the japanese spider crab. To be fair, even if we cleared all the garbage from the river, the camp would still have flooded during the last storms. Have you ever wondered who is doing the research that impacts your future?
