Hey everyone today, I'm going to show you how to merge. Ask opinion data across multiple conversations with Remesch is qualitative data merge. Let's get started to begin. You'll need to create your discussion guide using the Excel template. We highly recommend that you use the same discussion guide for every conversation you'd like to merge data for to download the template, log into the rematch platform and open your conversation. Go to the discussion guide tab, click import Excel file and then select download blank template, Open the Excel file and add your content. Once your discussion guide is built, you'll now need to add merge tags to each Ask opinion question that you would like to merge across conversations. You can also add tags to poll questions. If you're interested in merging both quant and qual data, navigate to column B in the Excel template labeled cross conversation tag here you'll enter the merge tag. The tag naming convention you need to use is merge followed by a number. For example, this question is the first ask opinion in the discussion guide we want to merge. So we would enter merge, followed by the number one, continue to do this for each question you want to merge. Once you've added your merge tags, you're ready to import your discussion guide into the Remesch platform. Open up your conversation and select the discussion guide tab, click import Excel file and then choose the Excel template you've created, click done and the discussion guide Temple will be loaded in the Remesch platform here, you'll be able to see an indicator that shows each question that's eligible to be merged across conversations. After all of your sessions are completed, open up one of the conversations and navigate to the analysis tab on the left. Across the top of the page, click on the tab merged conversation, then click on the create merged conversation button. A module will pop up and allow users to select up to 10 conversations to merge, select the conversations you would like to merge and then press create. The merging process will take between 5-30 minutes and you can monitor the status from this screen. Once completed, the files are available for download via the export drop down on the right. There are four different file types to choose from. Poll data by question. Poll data by participant opinion data by question opinion data by participant First let's look at the C. S. V. By question. The data is organized as usual but now a few new columns exist. Column F titled all conversations is where you'll find the merged percent agree score. This section illustrates the merged percent agree score across all conversations. Moving to the right after column G new columns will appear. These columns show the percent agree score for segment groups. A segment group is essentially a segment in common that is shared amongst the merged conversations. Now moving to the C. S. V. By participant again, you'll see a column titled all conversations where the merged percent agree score across all conversations lives. Each row represents all the answers that a participant would supply for a discussion guide. In terms of the opinion questions. Thanks for watching head over to Ramesh dot ai to learn more.
