Thank you for calling the Immunizations Clinic at Columbus Public Health where we are protecting health and improving lives. Our clinic is a walk in clinic. We see patients on a first come first serve basis. We serve any child from birth to 18 years old and adults without insurance. Please bring any prior vaccine documentation available with you to your visit. Children under 18 must have a legal guardian prison or a signed consent form. The immunization clinic is open Mondays from eight AM to 2 15 PM. Tuesday 10 AM to 6 15 PM. Wednesday eight AM to 11 15 AM and Thursday and Friday eight AM to 4 15 PM arrive as close to opening times as possible to better ensure you will be seen by our nurses.
