When Jobs launched the iphone in 2007, almost three decades later, he was magnetic and inspiring. His entire presentation was confident and humorous, relaxed and engaging every word, every gesture seemed natural and easy. This transformation had taken work. Apple co founder, Steve Wozniak said jobs wasn't a natural conversationalist, but what he did have more than anything was an intense unyielding determination to be a successful communicator and leader. What Steve Jobs demonstrated was that great communicators aren't simply born that way. Social skills are just that skills and like any other skill, they can be improved with practice and work. Furthermore, while some people are naturally extroverted and others are naturally introverted. Extroversion doesn't automatically correspond to good communication skills. Similarly, introversion doesn't mean you're destined to have negative social interactions.
