Let's get started. OSHA compliance audits minimize the risk of our customer being audited as a result of SBM practices. They also ensure our employees have the tools training and knowledge to work safely. OSHA compliance audits are conducted based on the sites E. H. S. Manager audit schedule. They're also conducted whenever OSHA activity is reported at the site. The process begins when the E. H. S. Manager reaches out to the Site manager and schedules a day and time to perform the audit. On the day of the scheduled audit, the E. H. S. Manager meets with the Site Manager and together they review the OSHA readiness audit form while conducting the audit. Both parties are involved with reviewing and scoring each line item on the form. After the audit is complete, The E. H. S. Manager and the site manager sit down and review the audit results and scores. Any gaps identified during the audit are placed in the action required or a. Our tracker by the E. H. S. Manager. This tracker is monitored and updated by the E. H. S. Manager as items are completed after items are entered into the er tracker. The E. H. S. Manager emails it to the site manager and any applicable senior operations team audit results are also included in the email. The Site manager then starts working on the assigned A. R. S and updates the E H. S Manager as each one is completed, the E H. S Manager updates the ER status and continues to monitor the tracker. Once all a RSR completed, the E H. S Manager emails the Site Manager and senior operations team of completion status. Remember if you ever have any questions regarding OSHA compliance audits, please reach out to your E. H. S. Manager.
