Frankfurt's Zebra House by Caro Engineering is named for the distinctive horizontal bands of white and black encircling its facade to accentuate the zebra effect at night. A discrete linear rainproof luminaire with optics to provide hotspot free illumination was needed enter flex by Eco Sense through rigorous testing. The design team identified our 15 by 40 degree optic mounted at a two degree angle as the perfect answer to this challenge installation was tool free. Our luminaries were snapped into custom mounting brackets allowing 3000 ft of lighting to be installed in just days with the remarkably uniform light that trove flex emits. The only striations visible on the zebras facade are there by design.
