But what is not so good is that most of the time people are not aware that not every thought Israel. You don't have to follow your thoughts just because they came up. Believe it or not, you can choose what you think. You are the only one who chooses from all of your thoughts those that are worth thinking. So choose wisely pic supportive and pleasant thoughts. Why is that important? First of all, you'll feel better. The mechanism is simple. We think some thoughts, and they provoke us into feeling a certain way. Why would you choose those things that make you feel bad when you could be happy? Instead, you only need to change the way you're thinking or the subject you're thinking about, and you'll feel differently in an instant. You don't have to believe every thought, because remember you're creating them just follow the process in reverse. Think about how you want to feel and then choose the right thoughts to achieve that feeling. If you wish to feel joy, you'll need some joyful ideas. If you want health, think healthy. If wealth is what you need, think rich. You need to think about love, to see how much love there is around you. Everything begins with a thought we think then feel, and then we act according to our feelings and our beliefs. That's how we make changes in our reality. That's the way our thoughts become rial.
