Now tell yourself that you are now using the reset method. Say to yourself, I am using the reset method. Give your body the command to relax. This command comes from your conscious mind at the same time. Ask your subconscious mind to give the same command penetrating deep within your muscle tissue. Thank your subconscious mind for cooperating in this reset exercise. Next, move your awareness down from the top of your head and into your face. Feel the muscles within your forehead.
