Hey, Jason. Hey, Shana. You know how I keep saying, I'm always too busy and I'm overworked and all these things are going on. Uh Yeah. Yeah. OK. Hear me out. I think I figured it out. Well, what's, what's the simple? I think I wanna start a podcast, isn't it? Creating a lot more work for both of us? Maybe. But hear me out through it all, we're going to talk about how to disconnect, right? Find more balance in life, things like that. Sean, be gentle. This is a very weird step in our relationship. I know this is the first I know ready. 321. Hey, I'm Seana Ryan and I'm Jason Adams and we have a podcast. It's called Mobile Diaries. And there's a good reason why we're doing this, right? Jason, is there a good reason we're doing this? I think there's a great reason I've been working with you since this pandemic started and yet the fact is I've only actually met you in real life twice. It is funny because you and I have become incredibly close and we are very, very, very far away, like the farthest away. Yeah. When I first met you and we started on this journey with T mobile stories about finding people who are learning how to adapt to a mobile first life. You came up with this phrase called mobile mindfulness. And when we started to report out how people are being mobilely mindful. It was pretty simple because it was Zoom etiquette. Do you keep on your camera? How do you dress in front of a webex call? And all these, you know what we think is silly now because two years later, I don't think anyone cares about that. Yeah. And it also, it changed so quickly, right? Because it was a little bit of a, hey, this is how we're all living now and then the further we got into it and the more that people were able to figure out what their guard rails were, it's almost as if we finally were able to sort of catch up with how smart the phone is itself. We've got already these incredible, I guess you can call them characters, but they're really just everyday people like you. And I, it's just that they've kind of gone through the thick of it and I think they've come out the other end with some really insightful tips and I like that we're really going for the GUSTO, I mean, the people that are going to be on this podcast, they can be people involved in the health care system. Like telehealth was a huge thing. When the pandemic started. But how has it evolved over the last two years and who's still using it and why? And then you've also got people like myself who are really into or were really into online. And it was really interesting to me to interview people who are using them post COVID in a much different way. Yeah. And just like us, you know, and, and hopefully all the people listening, you know, we're all at different points in where we are in living our mobile intentional life. The thing that I look forward to in this podcast and I think, you know, other people will as well is that these are people that's not just an expert, it's also possibly a friend, there's someone who you're gonna have something in common with and someone who's going to teach you something totally new. We'd equally have a number of people who were just like I just did this thing and I had to learn the hard way how to do it correctly. You know, they're not kind of like at you with a, you know, a finger in your face. I mean, talking to a digital nomad who literally just packed up his poor girlfriend and two dogs and put them on the road. I mean, that's a really interesting journey and I'd like to hear, you know, his cautionary tale of that as well as his successes. So listen closely because we've got some secrets to share straight from our mobile diaries and follow us on Google or Apple podcasts or wherever you like to listen. We'll talk to you soon.
