Iranian-Canadian Actress who rose to prominence starring as Annika Ogden in CBS Films/Lionsgate Blockbuster Movie American Assassin and made the short list of Variety Magazine's 10 Canadians to watch. Shiva has played numerous roles in Film and Television from Disney, to Sci-fi super hero, to Secret Agent, Burlesque dancer, A Soldier, and many many more… Some of her recent credits include FOX’s hit drama series “The Cleaning Lady”, CBS military drama “Seal Team” and the new Tubi original film “The Threat Next Door”. As an immigrant having to pave her own way to success, Shiva is dedicated to using her work in performing arts as a medium to tell deep impactful stories, in the hopes of spreading awareness about pressing issues surrounding modern culture and society. Outside of her acting career, Shiva is known as a humanitarian and a women's rights advocate, particularly in promoting equality, social justice and empowering people all over the world.
