Inclusive language starts with you with the words you choose when sending an email or scheduling a meeting, inclusive language means saying this and not that because words can make someone feel respected or words can carve out a space for a select few words, describe a part of our identity. And when we learn that words hurt or bring up feelings of anger or describe something undesirable, we should choose another word that doesn't cause harm to express our intent. That's where you can ensure that each person counts to help us learn. We've designed the inclusive language guide. So every person can take part in increasing our awareness about the words we use, whether it's saying hello to your colleagues or using the right metaphors to convey your intent. Visit our AD P works page where we're building resources to support inclusive language and creating a community of trust together together. We can foster a sense of respect and inclusion for every person at ADP but it starts with you, but it starts with you and what you can do, they'll be a part of this evolution at ADP. We need you
