Hello. Yeah, I want to just give a briefing on handling difficult people. Let's talk about difficult people. When you see someone is difficult. What, what are we trying to say? Sometimes we are really difficult. People among people that we interact with. We are one that difficult. But now when someone is saying this person is difficult, what this person trying to say a difficult person might be snobbish, might be insensitive, worrisome. Someone that always wants to be in the right. There's never a time the person will admit that it is wrong or is at fault that person has been difficult. You are trying to build a relationship with someone maybe in your workplace and this person is proving difficult. Come on, I just want to be your friend. Can we just have a simple conversation and know that person is difficult. So how do we handle them because we meet them, we can't avoid meeting them as long as we step out, going about day to day activities, we come across people and not everybody is going to be your friend. There's no way you can align with everybody you meet. So that's why we are focusing on handling difficult people.
