the majority of your customers are measuring their customer service experience primarily based on the professionalism of the organization and the attitudes projected behind what is being offered. Customer service has everything to do with the right attitude and service, along with having great people skills, bartending is all about hospitality and the guest experience. You make great drinks, but you also manage the atmosphere of the bar, build relationships with regulars and handle the operations of the bar while it's open. Today's leaders are working in environments of rapid disruption and often leading teams that aren't co located as leaders balanced, demanding jobs alongside roles outside of work. Success requires a clear understanding of one's own leadership style and clarity around development goals. Obviously, much more goes into making a movie or television program than what starts with action and ends with cut. Special effects professionals create layouts, stunts and visual effects that can generate alternate realities, gravity defying stunts and fantastic creatures. Foresters protect and preserve forests while making them available for human use. Doing this in a balanced way is challenging. As we'll see. Throughout this course, growing populations are putting pressure on forests, and climate change is making trees more vulnerable to fires and migrating pests.
