nine. nathaniel white. nathaniel white was born on july 28th, 1960 was a highly active serial killer in the hudson valley region of new york. during the early 19 nineties. during his rampage, he claimed that he found inspiration for his first murder while watching robocop two, he was quoted for saying the first girl i killed was from a robocop movie. i seen him cut somebody's throat, then take the knife and slit down the chest to the stomach and left the body in a certain position with the first person i killed. i did exactly what i saw in the movie on march 22nd, 1991. the authorities found the body of white's first victim, juliana frank 29 in middletown. at the time. she was pregnant with her third child, just like white described her body had been stabbed numerous times and slit open down the chest to the stomach. on august 4th 1992 the authority found the body of angelina hopkins 23 off of harriman road in goshen. her body had been violently beaten to death with a blunt weapon. her face was almost unrecognizable from the blows she received to the head. hopkins was a mother of two small children when she died. next to hopkins was the body of brenda l whiteside 20. her cousin witnesses said that they saw the two leave blue note tavern in poughkeepsie, new york with white in his pickup truck on august 4th. both of their bodies were found in an abandoned farmhouse in goshen. on that same day, they found the body of christine marie kleeb 14 who finished eighth grade at circleville middle school. kleeb was the niece of white's girlfriend, jill garrison on july 10th, 1992 the authorities found the body of lorette d. revere huggins 34 in her home in middletown. she was a mother of three children and worked at empire blue cross in middletown just like the two women before her. her body was found with multiple stab wounds and her neck showed evidence of strangulation on july 30th 1992. the authorities found the body of adrian hunter 27 a mother to two children off of harriman drive goshen near the location where they found angelita hopkins on august 4th. her body was beaten and stabbed many times. the investigation on white begin with cecilia angelina hopkins' sister saw hopkins and whiteside leave blue note tavern with white. at the time, the authorities didn't act on the missing person report. so cecilia and her mother investigated on their own. the new york state police began their investigation on july 30th. after finding the body of adrian hunter, it's at this time that they began to suspect that the earlier disappearances and murders were related and were all done by a serial killer. on august 2nd white came back to the blue note tavern where he found hopkins in whiteside. as he sat down, cecilia recognized him and called the authorities. the authorities arrested him and he confessed and led police to the dumping ground he used in goshen for the bodies of hopkins in whiteside. white was placed on trial by a grand jury on august 7th for the murders of christine kleeb, the youngest of the victims. and on september 8th, the other five murders were added to indictment. white was charged with six counts of second degree murder and pleaded not guilty due to insanity. nonetheless, white was convicted on all counts on april 14th, 1993 and was sentenced to 150 years to life.
