The beast hold is a precursor to crawls and various dynamic movements that begin in the beast hold position. This movement engages the core and the shoulders to perform. The beast hold begin on all fours with your hands and knees directly underneath your shoulders and hips respectively, curl your toes under so that the balls of your feet are pressing into the ground, push down through your hands and drive your chest away from the ground.
