An ecosystem is like one giant body, every piece, every wildlife supports the health of the whole system. When we plant seeds of native flowers and trees, we give animals like lemurs a new chance at survival. When we reintroduce an apex predator like the jaguar to its traditional habitat, the system balances. The wild becomes whole again, and so do we welcome to the U. N. Decade on ecosystem restoration a decade to halt and reverse the degradation of ecosystems around the world. When we protect and restore when we re wild, we help the wild ****, join the movement, re wild our world.
