I can remember my dad's golf swing, always relaxed and slow, kind of like his approach to life. He was always fun. People just love being around him. And as I grew up, I wanted to be just like him. I still do. My dad just seemed too young to have the disease. Early onset. Alzheimer's is a rare form that affects people under 65. Less than 10% of the one million people in Canada who have Alzheimer's are considered to be early onset. My dad started showing signs before his 57th birthday.
