Hello. Hello, welcome to the podcast. Now, today we are talking with someone extremely exciting and interesting as per usual and that person is Randy Thomas. She is a live announcer primarily, but you will almost definitely know her. If you're not familiar with her name, you certainly, you know her voice. She is the voice of the Oscars, the Emmys, the Tonys. She's going to talk a little bit and then we're going to dive straight into the vocation questions because we've got tons of them. Yeah, we have a lot of very good questions. Yeah, they're excellent. What do you think Jamie about? Why money is such a taboo subject? I don't know really. I think it possibly stems from employers not wanting their employees to talk about money when you first went in to audition for The Simpsons. And you actually originally auditioned for Lisa, right? So how is making a bold choice? How has that changed your path? Would you say? I think it's crucial. I think it's really, really crucial because it has to do with trusting your instincts inspired by Ubisoft's famous video game series Assassin's Creed. The Echoes of History podcast offers a deep and fascinating dive into history in this season's Assassin versus Templars. These two organizations have a rich history that takes its root in the medieval era and the time of the crusades within the Assassin's Creed Universe, hosted by Dan Snow and Matt Lewis. And then when you leave the audition room, you mentioned that you were sort of on hold for a bunch of stuff. It can feel like a torture sometimes when your age it's like they loved you. You almost don't hear anything right. You don't know so much of your energy has to go into letting it go. The school podcast was produced by Heatherly Watt, Joan Gavino, Lisa Leonard, Gina Scarper, Fey London, Tiffany Van Laingen, Diane, Richmond, Knox, Zach Allman and myself, Jamie of special thanks to Patreon super member, Angus macleod.
