Picture yourself on a secluded beach. The warm sun is shining down on your face. Feel that warmth seeping into your body and filling every cell with peace and calm. You have nowhere else to be at this moment. Nobody else to focus on but yourself. Feel the velvety sand between your toes. Now, gently turn your attention back to your breathing. Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and gradually let it out through your mouth. Place your hand on your chest and feel it rise and fall slow and steady. If any unwelcome thoughts enter your mind, that's ok.
