picture yourself on a secluded beach. The warm sun is shining down on your face, feel that warmth seeping into your body and filling every cell with peace and calm. You have nowhere else to be at this moment. Nobody else to focus on but yourself feel the velvety sand between your toes. Now gently turn your attention back to your breathing. Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and gradually let it out through your mouth. Place your hand on your chest and feel it rise and fall slow and steady. If any unwelcome thoughts enter your mind, that's okay and your mind is clear and focused. This is a similar experience to being absorbed in a good book or movie. You will likely feel a sense of euphoria in this state. You are open to positive suggestions that will improve every aspect of your life.
