independent lasagna Productions presents how the food on this episode, we're making the perfect bubba burger. So what are you gonna need? Well of course you're gonna need some bubba burgers and some cheese and a quarter of an onion, A couple buns ketchup, mayonnaise, chop up that onion. Real nice and fine. Real nice and fun, yep. Just like that. Now we're gonna make us some fancy sauce that's ketchup with the mayonnaise. Okay, and then we're gonna go ahead and stir it up. Real good, mm hmm, fancy, super fancy. Now we're gonna place our burgers in a hot pre greased pan perfectly cast iron and cook it for five minutes over medium heat on one side and then we're gonna go ahead and flip them bad boys over for another five minutes on the other side, yep. Then we're gonna flip them back over and go ahead and add our cheese. I'm using Colby but you use whatever kind of cheese you want Now the best part watching it get all melty melty melty cheese burger. Now, once that cheese is all done and melting we're gonna take them out and real quickly throw in our onions into that hot pan and let them saute just a little bit so they're all nice and caramel. E now we're gonna need some toasted buns, we're gonna put that fancy sauce on the toasted buns. Super fancy. Like now we're gonna go ahead and add them caramelized onions because why not? Now? The bubba burger with that gooey gooey cheese top, that bad boy on there and enjoy it's the perfect burger.
