How do you build a stronger community? Alexandria we've developed first in the nation housing concepts. We've built or preserved nearly 1000 residencies and provided homes for over 2000 Alexandrians. Over 50% of our homes have Children in them. 35% of all our residents are Children under the age of 18 and 65% of our adult residents are women. Stable housing is the foundation of a stronger community. As such, we see developing our community as central to the work of housing. That's why along with providing homes, we've also built innovative emergency response facilities. Partnered with organizations and businesses in our community become a catalyst for community prosperity, foster small businesses. We've created pathways to resident opportunities like more beautiful and equitable housing access to fresh and free produce from our food gardens, assistance in rebuilding personal credit, providing children's programs like back to school toys, gardening lessons, and car seat classes. But we're just getting started. We're currently developing another 500 residences over the next five years. That's stable affordable housing for 1000 more Alexandrians. And we're fostering new private and public partnerships with innovative organizations like is and sheltered homes of Alexandria with the help of our partners and inspired by our residents.
