It's brilliant. I'm who you rooting for us? Let's just have a little aside for a moment. You watching X factor? What do you do on a Saturday night? And Steve, what do you do on a Saturday night? Oh, enjoy myself. Go out. You have a friend, Have a good time. Finally. Just learned about it in my face that I haven't got a friends. Okay, so we got to get back to the matter at hand, shall we? Yeah. Okay. Writes the GSPC. You guys are having an open day today we are on day. What time's that? All kicking off from before the sun is shining The wind of mount moderated a cracking day. For the last time I spoke to you, I think it was the dog walker. Couple weeks Carrie, suddenly the sun was not shining. And you're not really a happy bunny. No. Right now very, very unpleasant. Oh, dear. Bless you. Bless your cotton socks. Sdo the vagaries of looking after animals. You have no days off. You gotta be there all the time for them. Yes, well, I had a little clip of you on on our news that, you know, is it It's the credit crunch release of affecting the united animals that are coming in Well, it certainly is the only fact that we can put our hands on, as are saying in the your colleague, we don't ask reasons why people disclaim animals because it can be a very stressful time. But quite clearly over the last three years, we have seen the amount of animals being disclaimed rise by more than 30%. On the only common factor that we can put our fingers on quite clearly is what's happening in the economy. You look on Friday, 100 people put out of work at some sort of Woolworth's and all the others, so it's clearly affecting people. And, of course, costs for keeping animals haven't gone down. In fact, they've gone up. You know, that's one thing where the credit crunch deflation hasn't really had an effect. You know, vets, fees, drugs, food. That's all continuing to rise. It does have a major factor in people's ability to hit, and sadly, so what? Is that the message you're trying to get across day, obviously trying to get people into the centre? So the message really used to come and have a look at what we do, because I'd say, Yeah, way have a number of functions that people access our services and perhaps aren't aware of the whole range of services we do. For instance, there was a field that was washed up yesterday afternoon on DH spent overnight here, and one of my staff took it off this morning to the Sanctuary and Somerset. So it's a lot of different things that we do, and it's really actually could see the whole range of services on to show them the size of outside, which is a very, very large on. Got a nice little nature trail at the top. We got some bad schools in another nice bits of wildlife. I kind of have a little walk myself. Absolutely. What any source. We've got a bit of refreshments, and there's a nice old wine. Nisman's Pie lovely handmade cakes, soft drinks. So it's hoping Gonna be alive today and also were also an umbrella. We provide number organisation in terms of lobbying the government for smaller animal charities such as thie, head shock, Century Tor toys, Greyhound supporters broke, etcetera, and they're here as well, showing off their way. So it's a big animal day. Bless you. Well, I hope you have a fantastic day and then lots of people go down and see what you guys are up to. Absolutely lovely. Thanks very much. TV. Take care about Teo. Just great songs for your week and
