welcome to the beginning of our journey to skill Station 10 complaints. Sometimes we can take calls that start off normally but change into a complaint or were still an argument. Other times are called starts as attends, with the caller letting us know that they're complaining and are unhappy about the outcome all the service provided. Given a choice, we probably wouldn't volunteer to take complaint call, and yet they provide us with the best opportunity we have to put something right on DH, consolidate our relationship with the caller.
