Meeting personal aspirations, career goals and the responsibilities towards the family has always been a challenge for working women, especially for working mothers. And the challenges and responsibilities only got bigger and more crucial during the pandemic. Working from home meant juggling multiple responsibilities and making sure you'll be at your best in spite of all the uncertainties that surrounded you. And I can say with a lot of conviction that we wouldn't have been able to deliver and continue to support our customers the way we have done without the support of for empathizing colleagues and managers who go out of their ways to help their teams deliver and accept a big shout out to all the women, especially the working mothers.
