four minute guided meditation for anxiety. That you can do anywhere. Welcome to your four minute guided meditation for anxiety that you can do anywhere. This meditation is your on the go tool to find peace, relaxation and get rid of anxiety. If you have the chance to take a seat, go for it. But you can do this anywhere even while walking down the street wherever you are, choose to focus on my voice only and to commit to this short but very effective practice. Take a long, deep breath into the nose and exhale out of your mouth the long sigh and again deep breath in long breath out. I want to remind that you are not your thoughts. It doesn't matter if you feel anxious right now. You can distance yourself from all this. You can ease it, use the power of your cleansing breath to release any tension, visualize what is triggering anxiety within yourself. See it, embrace it. Don't be scared. You have to become aware of all this to handle it and cleanse it. Inhale deeply. Exhale completely, visualize it and send your breath into it. Inhale deeply. Exhale completely. Visualize your breath as a wave able to wash everything away. Inhale deeply. Exhale completely while visualizing your breath cleansing your mind and your soul from all the worry and the anxiety say out loud, I choose to let go. Inhale deeply. Exhale completely. I find peace. Inhale deeply. Exhale completely. I cleanse my mind and my soul. Inhale deeply. Exhale completely. Now notice how you feel any time an anxious thought or a stressful situation shows up. Just choose to stop, pause and breathe into it. To cleanse the energy and embrace a state of calmness and peace within. You've got this now, seal in this practice with one last conscious breath to release it all. Take the deepest breath you take in all day. Inhale, exhale and whisper Now I must stay
